Instructions: Bring natural spring water to a boil using a nickel-free glass tea pot or infuser, steep herbal blend in the water and remove from heat source. Place the lid on the pot and steep herbs for 10 minutes to extract the nutrients. Tea may be drank with or without sweetener . Use less water for a more concentrated tea.
